Property management in Minneapolis and St. Paul.
Short-term and furnished mid-term rentals across the Twin Cities.
Where we operate
Minneapolis and St. Paul.
The rules, in plain English
As of October 2026.
- Minneapolis requires a registration or license, depending on whether the unit is the owner's homestead.
- Minneapolis allows one non-homestead short-term rental per owner, counted across LLCs, and limits how many units can be short-term rentals in larger buildings.
- St. Paul requires a license per unit, with caps that depend on the building type.
- Stays of 30 nights or more aren't covered by Minneapolis's short-term rental rules, and the same is true in St. Paul.
We check your exact address before we propose anything.
What that means
If you own more than one unit in Minneapolis, only one can be a nightly rental. The rest can still earn as furnished monthly rentals, and we run both.
Demand
- US Bank Stadium (Vikings), Target Field (Twins) and the Minneapolis Convention Center anchor downtown Minneapolis short-stay demand for sports and conventions.
- Xcel Energy Center (Wild) and the Saint Paul RiverCentre anchor comparable event-driven demand in downtown St. Paul.
- The University of Minnesota and the Twin Cities' major hospital systems support a sizable mid-term furnished-housing market for traveling clinicians, visiting researchers and patient families.
