Hand us the responsibility. Keep the income.

Our Chicago team runs furnished short-term and mid-term rentals for owners of a single unit or a whole building. We handle the setup, the guests, the cleaning and the numbers. You get a monthly report and a payout.

If it works in Chicago, it works anywhere.

Chicago asks a lot of short-term rental operators: city registration, a list of buildings where rentals aren't allowed, shared-housing rules and hotel taxes on every stay. We've operated inside those rules since 2019. That's the experience we bring to owners in Kansas City, Minneapolis, Indianapolis and Milwaukee.
